What is Savour?
SAVOUR is Singapore’s newest three-day gourmet festival featuring the finest food and drink, expert master classes, live demonstrations, fun workshops and culinary shopping, all in one 22,000sqm purpose-built location.

Where is Savour held?
Savour is held in the heart of the city at Singapore’s F1 Paddock and Pit Building, 1 Republic Boulevard.

Knowledge of French or Spanish an advantage (but not essential)

Positions Available:
Commis Cook x 7
• Assist head chef and supporting team with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Prepare mise-en place before kitchen operation.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen.

Savour Server or Runner x 30
• Assist front-of-house operations for these Overseas Restaurants.
• Receive correct amount of Savour dollars.
• Coordination of orders and serve dishes to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of counter.
• Replenishment of dry stores (when required).

Work Period:
Training & Orientation - 29th March 2012
Event dates - 30th March - 1st April 2012

Venue: Swissotel & F1 Pit Building
10am - 11pm
Daily timings may change according to Chef's instructions and Event Schedule.






Pay Package
S$317.00 for the working period from 29th March - 1st April 2012.

Attire
Commis Cook - Kitchen wear
Server/Runner - Savour shirt, jeans and covered shoes

Selection
All applications will be reviewed by Savour. As there are limited placements on the programme, only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
