Catering Sales Executive

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries Catering and the execution of the events.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
 Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus
 Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage
 Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions
 Conduct facility tours and “tastings” for clients as necessary to secure business

SKILLS
 Customer Oriented – To be able to handle tricky customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance.
 Communicative - Responds well to enquiries in order to understand clients’ needs
 Teamwork – To be able to work with a large team to execute an event successfully
 Professionalism – To be present at event sites to ensure the event is executed smoothly

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
 Polytechnic diploma or equivalent
 Sales Experience is valued

Looking for Chef-de-Partie

Windowsill Pies is keen on hiring either trainees or graduates from TP's Culinary school and we are looking for one chef-de-partie and two to three commis. Our Ava licensed kitchen is located in Jurong food hub at 15 Jalan Tepong. The working hours are as follows; 6 days a week with Tuesdays off, 0700-1600 daily.
